The Challenge

Diet

  1. Follow the rules from the 100 Days Of Real Food blog.
  2. Drink one Green Smoothie per day as taught by the Green Smoothie Girl.
  3. Limit myself to just one caffeinated drink per day.


Exercise

  1. P90X - Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Complete it this time).
  2. Run - Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (Run a 50K at the end of the 90 days, Nov 17).
  3. Completing the daily 6 Pack Promise workout.


Bible

  1. Read through the entire Bible in 90 days.
  2. Post one devotional per week.
  3. Increase and strengthen my prayer life.


Mind

  1. Replace negative thoughts with positive ones.
  2. Read daily on topics relating to emotions, stress, and the intellect.
